PERSONAL LOAN TO HEAD LOAD WORKERS

This is a short term loan to the employees who are working under the Kerala Head load Workers Welfare Board to meet their domestic purpose.
Quantum of Loan A maximum of Rs. 3 lakh (for one person) (Rs. 9 lakh for 3 persons)
Repayment period Maximum 60 months in equated monthly installments (EMI)
Eligibility The employees who are working under the Kerala Head load Workers Welfare Board and maintaining their wages account with the bank.
Nature of facility Term Loan
Security
  • The wages account of the borrower and guarantor and their mutual agreement signed by the parties (Three employees in the same pool) to the loan account will form the security.
  • The Bank is at liberty to call for additional security at any time if found necessary
  • The borrower and guarantor shall produce the declaration for deducting monthly EMI from the wages account maintained with the bank.
